James “Monty” Jay Kruse, 78 of Thonotosassa passed away Sept. 30, 2022, at his home. Born in Ft Worth, Texas. There will be a celebration of life at 7 p.m. on Oct. 7, 2022, Haught Funeral Home Chapel, 708 W Dr MLK Jr Blvd, Plant City. Monty will be laid to rest in Prairie Creek Conservation Cemetery in Gainesville, Fla. at a later date.
