May came with a number of exciting announcements in Plant City including Bartow native and current Commissioner of Agriculture Adam Putnam stopping in Plant City within the first days of his gubernatorial campaign, Mike Herr’s resignation as city manager and the coronation of Little Miss Plant City and her court.
