How amazing was it to win states this past weekend?
It was such a great feeling knowing all of our hard work had paid off.
What’s been your favorite thing about cheering for PCHS?
I love that the team becomes family and that we are all best friends.
How are you feeling knowing this upcoming weekend is the last weekend of cheering with PCHS?
It is hard to believe that my last performance is coming up, but I can’t wait to end my chapter at PCHS with such a special team.
What are your plans for after high school? Does it involve cheerleading?
I plan to study dental hygiene and become a dentist. This coming weekend will be the end of my cheer career.
What’s your favorite memory about cheering?
My favorite memory is winning state my junior year. The seniors on the team last year taught me so much and winning alongside them was a special feeling.
If you could give advice to anyone who wants to cheer next year for PCHS, what advice would you give them?
Lean into your teammates because they will always understand what you’re going through.
What’s your favorite thing about your coaches at PCHS?
I love that they let us become a part of their family and take us in as their own for the 4 years they have us.
Has cheer taught you any life lessons? If so, what are they?
I have learned discipline and responsibility. Being a part of a team means that there are people constantly relying on you to show up and do your job.
What are your top favorite songs to get you hyped up for a cheer comp?
forever by drake
right above it by lil wayne
the days (notion remix)
When you’re not cheering, what are you doing in your free time?
Hanging out with friends, supporting the other PCHS teams, spending time with my family
