William del Valle
William del Valle is a 7-year-old who is homeschooled and in the second grade. He plays machine pitch for the Plant City Little League on the sponsored team of “Wiliam Trucking,” AKA the Bull Sharks. He primarily played first base this year but also played catcher as well.
What’s your favorite thing about baseball?
I love playing and getting outs.
Do you like hitting or fielding more and why?
I like hitting more because I like to run.
If you’re not playing sports, what do you like to do for fun?
I love to fish, hang out with my cousins, and ride my bike.
After playing sports, what’s your
favorite thing to eat?
I’d say hotdogs.
If you could have a walk-up song,
what would it be?
My walkout song from this year, Down Like That by Bryson Tiller.
If you could make your own baseball team, what would the name be?
Probably “The Tigers.”
If you could make your own baseball team, what color would the jerseys be?
Like this year’s Williams trucking colors.. royal blue, black and white. I always liked their colors from other seasons I played so I was excited to get to have their colors this season.
Would you rather play baseball games in the morning or at night?
The morning cause I like to get up early.
What’s a sport that you haven’t played yet that you want to try and why?
I really don’t wanna play anything else but baseball right now. If I had to pick maybe motocross racing… because it looks fun.
What do you want be when you grow up and why?
Work at a marina because I love the ocean.
