Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office detectives have arrested two men in connection with a weekend shooting in Plant City. According to Sheriff’s Office reports, detectives have arrested Raymond Cook-Underwood, 19, and Brandan Berg, 21, for the shooting that occurred Dec. 29, at 3405 Keene Road.
