The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office issues warrants for man's arrest
The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is on the search for Xavier Dashawn Outlaw, with five warrants for his arrest.
His last known address is within the 100 block of Ball Street in Plant City, however his current location is unknown.
The 27-year-old faces charges of felon in possession of a firearm; carrying concealed firearm; trafficking in phenethylamines (10-200g); possession and delivery of a controlled substance (MDMA); possession of controlled substance (2 counts); delivery of controlled substance (2 counts).
