Residents have shown their support for the police department since the shooting in Dallas.
Plant City residents came together to support the Plant City Police Department after five officers were killed in Dallas.
On its Facebook page, PCPD thanked Anneliese Perez, owner of Southern Muscle, Michelle Valdes, owner of Tint Plus, and Tolga Senel, owner of Limitless Fitness, for bringing Publix sandwiches and drinks Monday, July 11, to the department.

Five officers died after a sniper in Dallas shot at officers during a peaceful protest Thursday, June 7. The protest was in response to the deaths of Alton Sterling, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and Philando Castile, in Falcon Heights, Minnesota. Both men were black and shot by police officers.
