The Plant City Police Department is investigating the death of a 59-year-old woman found in the 400 block of North Plant Avenue.
On March 5, officers responded to the scene and discovered the woman, who displayed obvious signs of death. The Criminal Investigations Unit was notified and is handling the investigation.
Currently, no foul play or criminal activity is suspected. The investigation remains active. Updates will be provided as new information becomes available.
