Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office said the missing 6-month-old has been located and was taken into custody per judicial order.
UPDATE: HCSO said the baby has been located and was taken into custody per judicial order. Deputies said the baby is fine and there are no pending charges in the matter.

Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office is attempting to locate Bentley Cruz. The 6-month-old’s most recent residence was in Plant City.
A Hillsborough County Judge issued a “Take Into Custody” order on July 12, 2018.
Anyone with any information about the location of the Bentley should call the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office at 813-247-8200. Anonymous tips can also be sent from a smart phone using the HCSOSheriff app.
The police have not released any additional information at this time.
