The Code Enforcement Department began contacting businesses located in the area of East Baker Street and Park Road to encourage an area- wide cleanup and compliance effort.
Contacts include the current owner of the former Plant City Steel building and CSX for their property located on the south side of East Baker Street. The department was able to secure a commitment to clean and paint the Plant City Steel building and several other commitments to mow and clean up the area from other businesses and property owners.
