The STEM-focused summer camp will be back in June.
Plant City's most creative children will love what's happening in June.
Camp Invention, a nationally-recognized STEM summer camp, is returning to Plant City this summer. The camp, which has hosted events in town since 2014, gives kids in the first through sixth grades the opportunity to learn science, technology, engineering and math skills that help with critical thinking, problem solving and, as the name implies, invention.
It serves over 94,000 students in 1,400 camps nationwide, and often utilizes local educators.
The program will be all over Hillsborough County from June 20-24, and Plant City children will be able to attend camp at the Arthur Boring Civic Center at the Florida Strawberry Festival grounds, 2406 W. Reynolds St.
