A City of Plant City employee was arrested for leaving the scene of a crash involving a death, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Lorena Gonzalez, 31, was driving on State Road 39, north of Pattie Road, on Christmas Eve when Nicholas Panessidi, 76, walked into the path of her 1998 Jeep.
