Al Higginbotham will be speaking beginning at 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 20, at Uncle Mike’s Smokehouse Grill, 106 E. State Road 60 , as part of Plant City Republican Women’s Club.
He will be talking about issues, such as one half-cent tax, transportation, Uber and other issues.
