1000 South Maryland Avenue. Residential Burglary. The victim said unknown suspect(s) stole a piggy bank containing $100. There were no signs of forced entry.

Intersection of Sydney and Old Sydney roads. Driving Under the Influence. The suspect was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. The suspect was transported to Central Breath Testing, where his breath alcohol content was determined to be .203 and .205. He was turned over to Falkenburg Jail.

1300 block of East Alabama Street. Residential Burglary. The victim said unknown suspect(s) stole a flat-panel TV, two DVD players and a Nikon camera.
BAD BUGS
1500 block of East Baker Street. Petit Theft. An unknown suspect stole a Raid fogger, valued at $7.50.
SENSELESS SMASHING
1500 block of Plantation Grove Court. Criminal Mischief. The victim stated someone broke the window of her 1999 Ford. Nothing was taken from the vehicle. The window is valued at about $100.

ANGER MISMANAGEMENT
1800 block of James L. Redman Parkway. Aggravated Domestic Battery. The suspect struck the victim twice in head with a closed fist and then threatened her by placing a machete up to her face during a disagreement. The suspect fled the location before police arrival. About one hour passed before a security guard from Tractor Supply called and stated Rickard was seen exiting nearby orange groves. A K9 located the suspect hiding in the woods near the vagrant camp. The suspect arrested and transported to Orient Road Jail.

A SPARE TO SPARE?
400 block of Seminole Lake Boulevard. Burglary. The victim had his spare Cadillac Denali rim and tire taken out of a secured shed. The rim and tire are valued at about $400.
JUST HELP YOURSELF
1500 block of YMCA Place. Vandalism. Unknown suspect(s) broke windows of five vehicles removed items from the interior valued at $1,182. Crimes occurred between 6 and 7 p.m.

CAUGHT RED-HANDED
2600 block of James L. Redman Parkway. Shoplifting. The suspect stole $33.22 in merchandise. This was witnessed by loss prevention. The suspect was arrested and later released from the scene, with a notice to appear.
TRIED TO GET AWAY WITH IT
2600 block of James L. Redman Parkway. Shoplifting. The suspect concealed $94.73 in merchandise in her pocketbook before exiting the business without paying for the property. Defendant then fled from loss-prevention officers. She was arrested and transported to Orient Road Jail.
