Keep Your Pants On – Trespass After Warning
500 block of N. Alexander St
Officers responded and met with a complainant who stated a subject known to her came to the pool area and exposed his genitals to her before fleeing the area. Based on the investigation, the complainant elected to sign a waiver of prosecution for the exposure. While conducting a check of the surrounding area, an officer located a subject matching the description at the Rowena Mays Park. A check was conducted and the subject was found to have an active trespass warning from the park. The subject was placed under arrest and trespassed to the Orient Road Jail.
Lost and Found – Stolen Vehicle Recover
800 block of E. Calhoun St
Officers responded and met with the complainant who stated an unknown subject(s) left a vehicle in the driveway of their home while they were out. The vehicle was reported stolen from Hardee County Sheriff’s Office. The vehicle was confirmed stolen and removed from FCIC/NCIC.

Drive It Like You Stole It – Stolen

An officer attempted a traffic stop on a vehicle, which fled from the attempted stop. While circulating the area, the vehicle was found crashed in front in the 1500 block of E. Dr. Martin Luther King Blvd. It was advised that the vehicle had been stolen earlier on Laura St.
Missed a Turn – Hit and Run Crash Arrest
Sammonds Rd/S. Alexander St
Officers responded to an overturned vehicle on the railroad tracks at this location. The subject was charged with leaving the scene, NVDL, and resisting and was transported to Orient Road Jail.

Who Needs a License? – Traffic Arrest
E. Reynolds St/N. Merrin St
An officer conducted a traffic stop in reference to a speed violation. Contact was made with the driver, who was discovered to be DWLSR (2nd offense) and had thirteen (13) current active suspensions on his license. The driver was placed under arrest and transported to Orient Road Jail.

You Can Run – Warrant Arrest
2800 block of Thonotosassa Rd
Officers responded to the above-listed location in reference to a verbal disturbance between two males. Upon arrival, contact was made with a subject who was learned to have two outstanding warrants out of the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear for pretrial release for no/improper driver’s license. The warrant was confirmed by Pinellas County and the subject was arrested and transported to Orient Road Jail.

The Judge Has My License – Warrant Arrest
W. Baker St/Whitehurst Rd
An officer was conducting active patrol and initiated a traffic stop for an expired tag. Upon contact with the driver and registered owner it was learned there was an active Polk and St. Lucie County warrants for DWLSR / traffic offenses. The driver was taken into custody and the warrants were confirmed by their respective agencies. The driver was placed under arrest and transported to Orient Road Jail.

Drugs to Go – Delayed Theft
2300 block of Maki Rd
An officer met with the victim who advised she had ordered her medication in late September 2024 and on 10/7/2024 realized that she had not received her medication. When she reached out to the company she ordered from she was advised the medication had been delivered on 10/1/2024. The victim was able to locate her tracking number and confirmed that the package was marked as delivered on 10/1/2024 at 11:35 but she stated it was not there when she got home from work.

3000 block of James L Redman Pkwy
An officer responded to the business and met with the complainant who advised that an unknown male entered the business and ordered a 14” pizza and Pepsi for a total of $26.66. After eating the food and while the staff were out if view, the man got up and exited the business.
