Officers responded to the above location, met with the store manager, and learned two juveniles had stolen makeup products before leaving the scene. One was later arrested.
It Wasn’t Me – Traffic/Warrant Arrest
W. Granfield St/574
An officer conducted a traffic stop for failure to maintain a single lane. Contact was made with the driver, who advised he did not have a license and provided a false name. Once his correct name was given, it was discovered that he had an active Hillsborough County warrant for FTA DUI. The driver was charged with NVDL, false name to LEO, and the warrant, and transported to Orient Road Jail.
Watch for Telephone Poles – Crash/DUI

An officer responded to a single vehicle vs. telephone pole crash in which the driver was determined to be at fault (no kidding?) and suspected to be DUI. The driver was booked into Orient Road Jail.
Enlightening – DWLSR Arrest
1400 block of S. Collins St
An officer conducted a traffic stop due to a headlamp out. The driver was determined to be DWLSR with three prior convictions. He was placed under arrest for felony DWLSR and transported to Orient Road Jail.
Just Wanted to Chat – Misuse of 911
3100 block of Emerson Pl
An officer responded due to six (6) calls being made to 911 in a short time. The caller would not advise of the reason for the emergency calls and refused to answer questions. Upon arrival, a male looked through a window and acknowledged calling 911 six times, and stated that officers could leave, as there was no emergency. While still on scene, he called 911 again, now demanding that officers leave, and then pressed his panic button on his monitored home alarm.

Anyone Home – Attempted Residential Burglary

An officer responded to the residence in reference to a possible residential burglary. It was determined that someone had attempted to kick the door in but failed.

There are Better Places to Nap – Theft
1100 block of N. Johnson St
Officers responded to the residence in reference to the report of a delayed theft. Upon arrival, contact was made with the victim who stated he fell asleep outside on the picnic table and left his wallet on the table when he went back inside the house. Later in the morning he went back outside to retrieve his wallet and found that it was missing.
Oh, Shed! – Armed Trespassing
500 block of Seminole Lake Blvd
An officer responded to the above-listed residence in reference to a disturbance involving two males. One was found to be trespassing inside of a shed on the listed property. He was charged with armed trespassing and transported to Orient Road Jail.
Nothing Good After Dark – Drug Investigation
1400 block of Hunter St
An officer observed two white males parked in Brewer Park after hours (park hours are limited from sunrise to sunset). Both were arrested and transported to Orient Road Jail.
No License to Drive – No Valid Driver’s License Arrest
East Reynolds St/Warnell St
An officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at the above-listed intersection for a traffic violation. Contact was made with the driver, who did not possess a valid driver’s license and had never had one issued. The driver was arrested and transported to Orient Road Jail.

Officers responded to the construction site in reference to a delayed theft from within the residence. Contact was made with the complainant, who stated he found that wire had been stripped from inside the home an approximate value of $500.00.
Bang, Bang – Criminal Mischief
1400 block of W. Martin Luther King Jr, Blvd
Officers responded to the above location in reference to a delayed disturbance outside in the parking lot with the second half leaving the area. Contact was made with the victim who stated while parking his vehicle in a handicapped parking space his driver’s door accidentally hit the passenger door of the vehicle parked next to his. Once he exited his car another male began to yell at him, however, he walked into the restaurant. He heard a noise near his car and saw the vehicle leaving the parking lot. He walked over to find a dent in his car and believed the subject hit his car with something on purpose.

An officer conducted a traffic stop at the above-listed intersection due to a traffic infraction. The stop was initiated after the officer observed a vehicle with a tag that did not match the vehicle’s registration. Contact was made with the driver, who stated he did not have a driver’s license and provided his name and date of birth. He was arrested for NVDL and transported to Orient Road Jail.
