Drug investigation: An officer made contact with an individual that was riding a bicycle and going against traffic in the wrong lane of travel. The individual was subsequently arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of synthetic marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. They were then transported to Orient Road Jail without incident.
