The Daybreak Rotary hosted Tray Towles, code enforcement manager for the City of Plant City, at its July 27 meeting. Towles came from the Plant City Police Department one year ago to work in code enforcement. Since he started, he has used technology to create an electronic database, among many other updates.
Towles was invited by the former city manager Dave Sollenberger. Rotary President Sharon Philbin had Towles sign a book to donate in his honor.
Daybreak Rotary meets at 7 a.m. every Monday at South Florida Baptist Hospital. For more information email Sharon at sherrybebe@aol.com or visit plantcitydaybreakrotary.com. Like us on Facebook.
