No foul play was involved.
A Dover man died in his vehicle outside of Subway on James L. Redman Parkway on Tuesday, Jan. 5.
The man was Dustin Sumner, 29. An autopsy will be done to determine the cause of death, according to the Plant City Police Department.
"He expired in his vehicle, no visible signs of trauma or foul play," Sgt. Al Van Duyne said. "It definitely was not a shooting."
