A line of about 100 customers wound around the front of the Florida Strawberry Festival’s main ticket office Thursday, Dec. 4. It was the opening day for ticket sales to the festival’s many entertaining concerts.
For another year, Stephanie Spangler and her mother, Elizabeth Roberts, were the first in line. They had been in line since Monday, Dec. 1. The duo walked away with front row seats to Alabama and REBA, plus tickets to many other shows.
Several festival officials including Paul Davis, President Jim Jeffries, Vice President Dan Walden and Secretary Sandee Sytsma greeted customers standing in line and thanked them for their support of the annual event.
Tickets for all headline entertainment shows will continue to be sold at FLStrawberryFestival.com, over the phone at (813) 754-1996 and at the Amscot Main Ticket Office located at 2209 W. Oak Ave. in Plant City. Advance admission tickets and strawberry shortcake tickets are also available.
