The Florida Native Plant Month received a proclamation from the Hillsborough Board of County Commissioners Tuesday, Oct. 13. City and county governments throughout Florida are recognizing October 2015 as Florida Native Plant Month.
The Suncoast Native Plant Society meets every third Wednesday of the month at 7 p.m. at the Seffner Extension Services office. SuncoastNPS.org.
