The company built and donated an outdoor stage to an AMVET post in Dover.
GT Grandstands is celebrating its 15th anniversary by giving back.
On Saturday, April 9, the company built a 400-square foot outdoor stage for AMVET Post 26 Valrico, located in Dover. Employees and their family members donated their time to build the stage, at no cost to the post.
“I can’t thank GT Grandstands enough for the time and effort into this," Post Commander Lanny Boothe said in a release. "We will use this outdoor stage for many events throughout the year. The old stage was falling apart and had to be taken down. This is exactly what we were looking for and what we need. We are very grateful.”
A dedication ceremony will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 30. The post is located at 221 S. Dover Road, Dover.
