February is American Heart Month and Hillsborough County Adult Day Care in Plant City and BayCare invite the public to take part in important heart-health screenings from 9:00 a.m. to noon, Friday, Feb. 28, at the Hillsborough County Adult Day Care in Plant City, 1205 South Waller St.
The Hillsborough County Adult Day Care in Plant City is offering several heart-health screenings for free, including blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, weight, and body mass index (BMI).
The event is called “Know Your Numbers.” By knowing your numbers, it can help assess a person’s risk for chronic illnesses, such as heart disease, stroke, or diabetes.
For more information or to RSVP, contact Brenda Robinson, Hillsborough County Adult Day Care in Plant City senior supervisor, at (813) 277-1667.
