A Plant City man was arrested in connection to a fatal shooting outside a Brandon hookah lounge July 5.
Paul Lovone Wright, 29, was arrested in Hudson, New York Saturday, July 18. He is being held in New York until he can be extradited back to Hillsborough County.
Wright is a suspect in the fatal shooting which took the life of Michael Richardson, 24, also of Plant City. Richardson was outside of the hookah bar off Kingsway Road when he was shot at about 1:30 a.m. He died at Brandon Hospital.
