As Pete and Cindy Card celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary, they brought the Plant City Times & Observer with them.
The Cards went on a cruise to St. Thomas, United States Virgin Islands, at the end of March to celebrate. On Wednesday, March 29, they snapped a photo with the Observer at Bolongo Bay, where they stayed for their honeymoon.
