Dear Editor,
I was pleased to read a positive article about our law enforcement people. Some forget they put their lives on the road daily. They are there to protect the innocent citizens. It is a shame that they are accused of misdeeds when arresting criminals.
I come from a law enforcement family — three brothers and two nieces who worked 911 calls, so I understand some of the problems they face.
I agree black lives matter, but so does every life. We need to pass the blame back to the youth not having a role model at home, growing up to believe they can do as they want with no consequences.
Thanks for our law enforcement people and thank you for broadcasting their help to all of us.
Sincerely,
L.F. Johnson.
