GFWC WOMAN’S CLUB OF PLANT CITY
The GFWC Woman’s Club of Plant City “yellow shirt” ladies were busy assisting Santa as his elves to brighten the holiday season for three families from the Plant City Housing Department. Funds were raised by the Woman’s Club through a holiday cheer Christmas party and passing a Christmas stocking at several club events. This allowed members who volunteered to shop, wrap, and deliver toys and clothing to the children from these families so they could have a very merry Christmas indeed! This is an annual project for the Woman’s Club that truly makes an impact in the Plant City community.
