EXTENDED HOURS FOR
BUSY TRIM PERIOD

Hillsborough County Property Appraiser, Bob Henriquez, extends hours to accommodate busy TRIM period. In preparation for the mailing of the Notice of Proposed Property Taxes (also known as a “Truth in Millage” or “TRIM notice”) later this month, Hillsborough County Property Appraiser Bob Henriquez is pleased to announce extended operating hours. This initiative is designed to provide greater accessibility and support to property owners as they review their assessments and prepare for tax season. The TRIM period is a critical time for property owners to review their property tax assessments, as well as any applicable property tax exemptions, which reflect the values that will be used to determine property taxes for the upcoming year. The extended hours will allow residents to engage with our knowledgeable staff, address any discrepancies, and better understand their property assessments

She now serves as the Community Outreach Manager at The Plant City Photo Archives, where she helps get the Plant City community more involved in archives and raise money. Hopkins describes this job as making her feel, “calm and happy.” She explained that she loves the Plant City Community and currently freelances for In The Field Magazine, so she felt that this job was fit for her. This is only her fourth week as an employee, where she has enjoyed showing the community the rich Plant City history, communicating to the town the importance, and making sure that the community feels welcomed. Libby wants the community to know that there is something for everyone at the Plant City Photo Archives.
