HOPE LUTHERAN MOBILE FOOD PANTRY
On Thursday, November 21st, Hope Lutheran Church, 2001 North Park Road, will host their mobile food pantry in the church parking lot. This pantry, in association with St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Lakeland, will begin distributing food to those in need beginning at 6:00 until the supplies are distributed. Anyone in need of grocery assistance is encouraged to join us as we work to eliminate food insecurities in our community. Various goods are available from vegetables to meats to dairy and bakery goods. The pantry, “Moving Hope” takes place at Hope Lutheran on the 3rd Thursday of each month. No identification is required, and the pantry is open to anyone in the Plant City community needing that extra hand. For additional information, contact the church office at 813-752-4622.
PLANT CITY COMMUNITY CHORALE
Plant City Community Chorale Concludes its 16th year with “Celebrate The Christmas Season.” Plant City Community Chorale is eager to announce its 2024 Winter Concert will offer two performances:
THURSDAY 11/21/24 at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church in Tampa.
SUNDAY 12/15/24 at St. Clement Catholic Church in Plant City.
The Thursday 11/21/24 concert begins at 7:00 p.m. at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church at 509 East Twigg Street in Tampa. The Sunday 12/15/24 concert begins at 5:00 p.m. at St. Clement Catholic Church at 1104 N. Alexander Street.
Tickets are $15.00 (cash, debit, & credit cards accepted) and are available at:

HOPE LUTHERAN HONORS VETERANS
On Sunday November 11, the members of Hope Lutheran Church, 2001 N. Park Road, paused to thank God for the Veterans in the congregation. As a part of the service, each veteran was recognized by our Human Care Ministry Team and presented with a special thank you card. Following the morning worship service, a special fellowship time took place to honor the veterans. PCHS MERRY MARKET
Plant City High School Merry Market will occur on Saturday, December 7 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. There will be 150 vendors and food trucks registered. Proceeds benefit the PCHS PTSA for programs for the students and teachers. You can also take free pictures with Santa from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Join us for a fun and festive time!
HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY 4-H SKATING NIGHT
Hillsborough County 4-H Association is having a family skating night on Wednesday, December 4, at Astro Skate, Brandon, from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The cost is $10 and includes admission, skates, and pizza. The event is open to the public and will help our association raise funds that will support Hillsborough County 4-H youth.events
