Dennis Leon Griffin, 71 died May 12.
He was born in West Point, Ga., but spent most of his life in Plant City.
He is survived by one daughter, Angela Griffin; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and sisters, Jeannie Venning and Susan Howard; and six nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Leon and Frances Griffin; and brothers, Charles and Marvin Griffin.
A private interment will be held at Mt. Enon Cemetery.
