Charles Augusta “Charlie” Davidson, 81, of Apollo Beach, died Feb. 6, 2015.
He was born in Hackensack, New Jersey. He was a member of Providence Baptist Church. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, and he was a retired lease operator truck driver for CTL Transportation.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Sonja B. Davidson; children, Charles R. Davidson of Lithia, Sonja (Kevin) B. Burnham, of St. Augustine, Eleanor “Chris” (Robert) Gonzalez, of Lithia and Theresa Davidson, of Valrico; siblings, Henry (Sherry) Davidson, of Homasassa; Martha Sloan, of New Jersey; and 18 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughter-in-law, Tammie Brown Davidson; and sister, Vera Wright.
