Charles Randall “Charlie/Randy” Carlisle, 58, of Mulberry, died Jan. 14, 2015.
He was a member of Local 925 and formerly employed at Moretrench. He loved God and his family. He enjoyed friends and the outdoors.
He is survived by his wife, Melinda Carlisle; children, Layla, Tiffany, Christina and Charlie II; siblings, Red, Sandra, Trina, Joani and Jill; nine grandchildren; and many other family and friends.
