Obituary: Clinton F. Going, Jr.

Clinton F. Going Jr., 89, of Plant City, died June 12, 2015.

Mr. Going was a veteran of the United States Navy and Army, having served in WWII.

He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Doris English Going; sons, Clinton F. Going III (Jerry), of Lakeland, and Tim Going (Patty), of Midway; siblings, Clennie Taylor, Wendell Cason and Jack Going; grandchildren, Ashley Going and Timothy Going; and great-granddaughter, Kaylin Going.

A celebration of life was held Tuesday, June 16, at Hopewell Funeral Home. The family received friends beginning at 10 a.m. Interment was held at Springhead Cemetery, Lakeland. Online condolences may be made at HopewellFuneralHome.com.
