Obituary: Cynthia Helms

Cynthia Helms, 57, of Plant City, died March 18, 2015, at Bartow Center.

A native of Plant City, she was the daughter of the late Fred Hallford and Mary Streetman; she survives. Other survivors include daughters, Julie Ann (Michael) Daniels and Stacey Oliver; siblings, Penny Bryant, Brenda Grant, Wanda Hughes and Randy Hallford; grandchildren, Raven Daniels and Katherine Whyte; and she was waiting on the birth of her twin granddaughters.
