Dustin Sumner, 29, of Dover, died Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2016, in Plant City.
A native of Brandon, Mr. Sumner was the son of Kenneth Sumner and Teresa (Amos) Higginbotham.
He is survived by his parents; brother, Eric Sumner; step-sisters, Tashell Tallent and Whitney McKay; grandparents, Dorothy Overstreet, Gene (Betty) Sumner and Norma Smith.
