Elizabeth Jean Phillips
Elizabeth Jean Phillips, 53, of Plant City, died Sept. 23, 2016.
She was a certified nursing assistant for 15 years at the James A. Haley Veteran’s Hospital. She was a past president of the Greater Tampa Showmen’s Club. She loved to take in strays and garden.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, John Phillips.
She is survived by her parents, Floyd and Patricia Griffith Sparks; husband, Jimmie Johnston; children, Andy Phillips and Summer Phillips; and brother, Tom Sparks.
The family would like to thank South Florida Baptist Hospital and LifePath Hospice for their extraordinary care.
