Elizabeth Rose Buti, 94, died Jan. 27 in Brandon.
She was born Nov. 6, 1919, in Tonawanda, N.Y., to Alexander and Elizabeth (Elek) Buti.
Mrs. Buti worked for more than 30 years as a civil servant for the U.S. government. She was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church in Tampa. She is survived by her sisters, Mary Farkas and Helen Buti; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Steve and Louis Buti.
Funeral services were held Jan. 30 at Wells Memorial. Memorials may be made to LifePath Hospice Chapters.
