Elsie Powell Cooper, 94, of Plant City, died March 24, 2015.
She was a member of Church on the Rock. She loved her family. She enjoyed caring for her grandchildren and gardening.
She is survived by her daughter, Mollie M. Genrich (Charles); grandchildren, Mathew Genrich (Mitzi), Kirstin Philippus (Troy) and Gretchen Genrich; great-grandchildren, Madeline, Abigail, Mara, Vaughn, Mollie Rose and Sophia; and close friend, Phyllis Meachum.
