Emmanuel Soto, 17, of Valrico, died Nov. 7, 2014.
He is survived by his parents, Domingo Soto and Candelaria Rodriguez; grandmother, Constancia Rodriguez; siblings, Juliana Soto, Humberto Soto, Altagracia Soto, Jose Soto and Martin Soto; and many other family and friends.
