Gail McCabe Springer, 67, of Plant City, and born in Bangor, Maine, died Dec. 10, 2015.
She retired from the Hillsborough County School Board after 24 years of service. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Ben Springer; daughter, Dawn Tuten (Chris), of Lithia; grandson, Camren Gifford; and sisters, Andrea McCabe, of Hawaii, and Eileen McCabe, of California.
