Harold “Gene” Money, 78, of Dover, died Tuesday, April 19, 2016, at the Hospice in Temple Terrace.
A native of Elba, Alabama, Mr. Money was the son of the late Ira and Annie Smith Money. He loved the outdoors, fishing, working on cars and was an avid NASCAR fan.
He is survived by his children, Tanya Reid, Jean Marie Hancock, Jeannie Money and Tina Gable; eight grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
He was preceded in death by his stepson, Lewis Mayes.
A funeral service was held April 22, at Haught Funeral Home in Plant City.
