Hazel Marie Rouse, 66, of Tampa, died Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2014.
A native and life-long resident of the Tampa area, she was a member of New Hope Worship Center in Plant City and retired from Verizon.
She is survived by her brother, John H. (Catherine) Rouse; sisters, Laura Rouse (Berkley) Jacobs and Mary Rouse Horne; and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 8, with the family receiving friends one hour prior to services.
