JW Thomas, 72, died 17, 2014.
Born Dec. 5, 1941, he was a longtime resident of Lithia. In 1976, he and his wife, Peggy, blended their families and raised their children together.
Mr. Thomas was an honest man and a respected businessman. He loved his motor home and his dogs, but family was what he loved most in this world.
Mr. Thomas is survived by his children, Donald (Sande), Jim, Donna (Paul) and Mark (Yvette); grandchildren, Josh (Stacy), Courtney, Alexis and Marcus; great-grandchildren, Payton and Tucker; sister, Margaret; as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews.
He lost his wife, Peggy, to ovarian cancer in January 2012.
