Katherine “Kathy” Miles Douglass, 59, of Plant City, died Sept. 20, 2013, at home.
She was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Marion Miles Morgan, Jacob Albert and Vonelle Smith Miles Jr.
Mrs. Douglass was the owner and president of J.A. Miles Oil Company, had been a member of the Kiwanis Club, Junior Women’s Club and the Evangelical Presbyterian Church. She had a great love for her animals.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Chuck Douglass; children, Jon-Paul and Jill Douglass; and brothers, Michael and Robert Miles.
The family received friends Sept. 24, at Haught Funeral Home.
