Kathleen Collins, 82, of Dover, died Dec. 29, 2016.
She was born in Clarksburg, West Virginia, on July 6, 1934.
She is survived by her children, Steven Whitmer (Dorothy), of Elizabeth, Pennsylvania and Brenda Benefield (David) of Dover; sister, Linda Bender, of Bethel Park, Pennsylvania; 12 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Owen Whitmer and Robert Collins; and son, David Whitmer.
