Kirby O. Padgett Jr., 74, of Lakeland, and born in Plant City, died Feb. 25, 2016.
Mr. Padgett was retired from Tampa Electric. He loved his family and he enjoyed the outdoors.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Josephine “Jo” Sellers Padgett.
He is survived by his daughters, Kriscena Robinson (John), of Lakeland, and Pamela Jacobs (Kyle), of Bradenton; grandchildren, Misty Rosario (Ivan), Heather Gard (Clay), Ashlie Peters, Michael Hayes, Matthew Hayes, Randi Peters, Brittany Rank and Kendra Garner; great-grandchildren, Aidan Rosario and Hunter Gard; siblings, Helen May, of Plant City, and pet, Gabby.
A celebration of life was held Monday, Feb. 29, at Hopewell Funeral Home in Plant City. Committal followed at Mt. Enon Cemetery in Plant City.
