Mrs. Swartsel was born in Plant City and resided in Florida all of her life. She was a member of Lone Oak Baptist Church and enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, Byron; brothers, Ronald, Butch, Steven, Joseph and Timothy; sisters, Carolyn, Susan, Sandy and Nancy; and many loving nieces and nephews.
