Loeta Audrey Stokes, 90, of Plant City, died July 30, 2015 at her home.
A native of Lithia, she was the daughter of the late Herschel and Annabelle Petite Shirley. She was the wife of James Stokes. She was a member of Ft. Cooper Baptist Church in Inverness and drove a bus for the public school system for 17 years. She was a Tampa Bay Rays fan.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, R.L. Gray Sr.
She is survived by her husband, James Stokes; sons, R.L. Gray Jr. (Sandy), Glenn Gray (Charlene); daughter, Shirley Rowell (Gene); nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held Aug. 1 at Haught Funeral Home in Plant City, with a visitation held prior to the service.
