Robert E. Pierce, 89, died Oct. 10, in Plant City.
He was born in Andrews, South Carolina, to Edward and Mary (Hinton) Pierce. He was a United States Army veteran.
He is survived by his brother, Randy Copeland; and two nieces.
Inurnment will take place in South Carolina at a later date.
