Ron Goodson, age 66, of Dover, died May 19, 2015 in Tampa.
Mr. Goodson was a lifelong member of First Baptist Church Dover, a great strawberry farmer, a loving husband, father, father-in-law, Papa and friend to many.
He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Debbie Goodson; daughter, Lamonica Goodson; son, Russell Goodson (Jamie); one granddaughter, Carly “Papa’s Girl;” four sisters and four brothers.
He is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, one sister and one nephew.
A funeral service was held May 22 at First Baptist Church Dover. The family received friends at the church, and a burial followed.
